an average temperature of 49.7 degrees. The old record was 49.1
degrees in 1991 and 1985. Climate records started here in 1951.

the old record for the day of 31 set in 1961.

At the Binghamton regional Airport in the town of Maine… the
meteorological fall (september… October… and november) was the
warmest on record at 52.7 degrees.

In something new this year, lucky anglers in the Southeastern counties of PA got to start fishing on March 31st this year, while the remainder of us still have to wait about 7 more days until we can begin fishing on April 14th.
