Jazz Record Hop

  We have access to an interesting collection of Jazz recordings on 78 and 33 rpm records. The records date from the late 1930’s to the mid 1960’s and include all of the great stars of American Jazz like: Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller, Toots Thielman, Bix Biderbeck, Count Basie, Duke Ellington and many more. We will have a variety of beverages, snacks and hors d’oeuvres to tempt your pallet. And bring your dancing shoes, because we’re going to cut up the rug! Your donation will help cover the LRCA’s utility bills and keep the Silkman House warm this winter.
